flanders.bio and VIB present the State of the Union.
On 31 May, VIB and flanders.bio are organising the 9th edition of their State of the Union; a moment to announce new developments and initiatives in the Flemish life sciences cluster and how we position ourselves vis-a-vis the European landscape. After several inspiring talks and discussions, there will be plenty of networking opportunities, accompanied by fine food and drinks.

The State of the Union is a linked event, traditionally taking place the evening before the Knowledge for Growth exhibition.
For the first time, this high level gathering will take place in Antwerp, in the beautiful Art Nouveau Marble Hall, at the historical heart of the Elisabeth Center.
This event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your peers in a unique and friendly setting.
After two years, flanders.bio is happy to reconnect with Healthy Ideas, Healthy Returns, the invitation only Benelux platform for tomorrow’s academic Health ventures. HIHR offers valuable networking opportunities, allowing spin-offs to build up contacts for investments in follow-up programs, as well as a good feedback to sharpen their propositions.
HIHR will be setting up shop at the same venue and just preceding the State of the Union, so that delegates can join both events.
