Online registrations for Full Access tickets are cut off on 30 April - 23:59 CEST, allowing only on-site registrations* after that date.
*A handling fee of €50 will be charged for on-site registrations.
Exhibitors and Sponsors have a number of tickets included in their package. Unique registration codes will be provided when ticket registration opens and after payment of the exhibitor/sponsor package. Make sure to validate your unique code(s) for a ticket!
Additional tickets can be purchased within the ticket registration system under General Delegate.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received up to February 15, 2025, will be refunded 100%. Requests received between February 16 and April 8, 2025, will be refunded 50% minus a € 50 administrative fee, while requests received after April 8, 2025, will not be refunded. Replacements by a colleague are always allowed. Cancellation requests & replacements should be sent to kfg@medicongress.com, including your registration number (given to you during registration).
