The Flanders Meeting & Convention Center (FMCCA) is centrally located in the city of Antwerp, Belgium.
We strongly encourage visitors to come to the event by bicycle, walking or public transport.
Together we're taking the steps to a more sustainable future. 

By train

FMCCA is located right next to Antwerp Central Station. This station has been voted one of the most beautiful stations in the world and has a wide range of national and international connections. Due to its central location in Europe, there are smooth connections by high-speed trains with major cities such as Paris, Amsterdam, London and Cologne.
A train journey from Brussels International Airport (Zaventem) takes about 34 minutes.  Check timetables and rates.

By bus

Over twenty tram and bus routes stop within 250 meters from the venue. The nearest tram and bus stop is right outside the door: Antwerp Central Station. The F. Rooseveltplaats stop is also within walking distance. The nearest metro stations are Premetrostation Astrid and Premetrostation Diamant.  Check timetables and rates.

By bike

You can easily reach Antwerp from many places via the bicycle highways.

Or you can make use of the bike-sharing concept Velo, with parking facilities at 100m and 250m from the Flanders Meeting & Convention Center.   Find a bike.

By car

  Avoid a difficult passage through the city and make use of the 9 Park & Ride sites surrounding the city. Park easily and cheaply outside the city center and transfer to the tram, bus or bicycle.  See the map.

Important! The entire city centre of Antwerp and Linkeroever are a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) to ensure that air in the city becomes even cleaner. Always check your vehicle with the check tool before entering the LEZ and if necessary, apply for a temporary permit or a day pass.  Check my vehicle.

Antwerp Central Station is considered to be one of the most beautiful stations worldwide with both national and international connections. Thanks to its central location in Europe, connection times to major cities are short and comfortable. Antwerp has high speed rail connections with Paris, Amsterdam, London and Cologne.

FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT

Brussels International Airport has about 75 airlines with over 200 destinations and is located about 45km from the conference venue in Antwerp.

By train, from the airport

The train station at the airport is located directly below the terminal, only a couple of minutes walking from the arrival halls. Escalators and lifts descend to the platform.

There are two direct trains to Antwerp Central station every hour:

• one departing xx:11, travel time 30 mins
• one departing xx:41, travel time 30 mins

From Antwerp Central station, the conference venue is only a minute walking as they are located right next to each other. 

By taxi, from the airport

Follow the signs within the airport terminal to get to the official taxi stands in front of Brussels Airport. Official taxi's in Belgium are metered, and many drivers speak English. Travel time to the conference is 35-60 minutes.
